    Principle： The kit applies mouse anti-human IgM (anti-μ chain) monoclonal antibody-coated micro-well plate, horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-labelled genetically engineer expressed herpes simples virus (type II) specific antibodies as the tracer, TMB coloration system and the capture method to detect anti-herpes simples virus (type II) IgM antibodies in the human serum or plasma.     1.       Applies capture ELISA method for the detection of herpes simples virus type II IgM antibodies in the human serum or plasma.

    2.       High sensitivity with good specificity, easy to operate, colour changing with sample addition, fast reaction, good reaction model and  repeatability.

    3.       It’s suitable as a auxiliary diagnosis for the early diagnosis of herpes simples virus type II infections. 

    4.       The micro plate is dismountable and freely chosen between the 95 tests and 48 tests  specificity, and it’t suitable for both manual operation or fully automation.
